Is Job Boardly legit? The company and the law it uses

Job Boardly is a real product with a named operator, public plans and written terms. Its terms name the operator as Glacier Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 47 687 105 184), an Australian company based in Brisbane, and are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Job Boardly says it was founded in 2022.

As read on October 31, 2026, the three plans are $60, $120 and $240 a month, billed monthly, and each begins with a 14-day trial.

What the terms promise and what they leave out

• Renewal: monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the term.
• Canceling: it takes effect at the end of the billing period, and no pro-rata refunds are given unless the law requires one.
• Price changes: at least 30 days' notice, by email or in the dashboard.
• Support: aimed at a prompt reply, with no guaranteed response or resolution time.
• Data: account data is deleted within 90 days of termination or expiry, and backfilled listings must come down when the subscription ends.

Where the money goes: your own Stripe account

Job Boardly says the board runs on your domain and bills through your own Stripe account, and that revenue lands directly in that account with no middleman. Employers pay for job posts through Stripe Checkout. Stripe's own fees apply to those payments, and no Stripe figure is printed here.

Another provider can take payment through one payment link instead, with limits: it cannot run beside Stripe, only basic job posts are sold, coupons are unavailable and Job Boardly does not track those payments.

Who may prefer a vendor that handles payments

SmartJobBoard's revenue-share route processes every employer transaction and pays out non-dues revenue each month; non-dues means revenue outside an association's membership dues.
